No hourly rate available on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
$32 per hour Monday to Thursday. Casual & Regular hirer
Floor space measures 26m Wide X 23m Length. Stage measures 9m X 5.5m. Comfortably fits 300 people.
Hire includes
- 300 chairs & 65 tables. Extra chairs & tables are available if requested.
- Stage area with curtains.
- Ramp access to the building.
- Kitchen area with commercial stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, and sink.
- Bar Area drinks fridge, kitchen fridge, microwave, Zip heater & sink.
- Tinted louvers, acoustic curtains, Cardiff air and ceiling fans.
- Toilets including disability bathroom, accessible from both the inside and outside.
GENERAL RULES FOR HIRE
- Music must cease at 10.00pm and venue vacated by 10.30pm
- Room must be returned in a neat and tidy condition
- No drinking outside buildings
- No signs to be pinned anywhere including curtains
- Must leave the grounds on time
- All buildings and carparks are multi-use facilities
- No products are to be used on floors ie: talc, silicone, wax or tape
- No smoking
- No animals allowed inside the buildings (except service dogs)
- 5km per hour speed limit on grounds
