Our modern 12-person boardroom at Pine Rivers Showgrounds is an ideal space for meetings, presentations, workshops, and small corporate or community gatherings. Designed for comfort and productivity, the room comfortably accommodates board meetings, training sessions, and collaborative discussions.
The boardroom features a large boardroom table with 12 executive chairs, a wall-mounted display screen, whiteboards, and 4K Logitech video conferencing equipment. With ample natural light, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans, the space offers a quiet, professional environment away from distractions.
Hire of the room includes access to a shared kitchen area equipped with an oven, hotplates, fridge, Zip heater, and sink, as well as nearby bathroom facilities. Ample on-site parking is available for your convenience.
The room measures 11.6m long x 4.4m wide, providing generous space for a variety of layouts and uses. Please note that Wi-Fi is not available; guests wishing to connect laptops to the display will need to use a personal hotspot.

GENERAL RULES FOR HIRE
- Music must cease at 10.00pm and venue vacated by 10.30pm
- Room must be returned in neat and tidy condition
- No signs to be pinned anywhere including curtains
- Must leave the grounds on time
- All buildings are multi-use facilities
- No products are to be used on floors ie: talc, silicone or wax
- No smoking
- No animals allowed inside the buildings
- 5 kphs speed limit on grounds
