$25 per hour. Casual & Regular hirer

100pax – Hire includes 60 chairs & 25 tables. Two separate work spaces, Room (1) – floor space measures – 10m length X 9m Width, Room (2) large boardroom table – floor space measures – 11m length X 4.3m width, rooms joined by single door opening. Air conditioned. Kitchen area has fridge, stove, microwave, zip heater & sink. Toilets inside, no disabled toilet.

GENERAL RULES FOR HIRE


  • music must cease at 11.30pm and venue vacated by midnight
  • room must be returned in a neat and tidy condition 
  • no drinking outside buildings
  • no signs to be pinned anywhere including curtains
  • must leave the grounds within hired times – 15 minute exit window
  • all buildings are multi-use facilities
  • no products are to be used on floors ie: talc, silicone or wax
  • no smoking
  • no animals allowed inside the buildings
  • 5 kphs speed limit on grounds
